By enrolling in the 12-Month Game Art and Development Mastercourse and opting for the "One-Shot" Payment Guaranteed Reward Offer, the student/guardian agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility & Payment Requirements

  • This promotional offer is strictly limited to a total of 15 seats on a first-come, first-served basis for the batch commencing on May 28th, 2026.
  • To qualify for the free hardware reward, the total course fee must be paid in a single, upfront "One-Shot" transaction prior to the offer expiry date (May 30th, 2026) or before the 15 seats are filled, whichever comes first.
  • This offer is expressly invalid for students opting for EMI, partial payments, or installment-based fee structures.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

All fees paid under this "One-Shot" promotional offer are strictly 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Once the fee is paid and the hardware is issued, no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances, including but not limited to course discontinuation, change of mind, personal emergencies, or inability to complete the 12-month program.
  • The student retains ownership of the hardware if they drop out.

3. Hardware Specifications & Models

Yellow Tree Academy guarantees the provision of one (1) of the following devices based on the student's choice at the time of enrollment. Upgrades or cash-equivalents are not permitted. The exact models provided are:

  • Dev Laptop: ASUS TUF Gaming A15 AMD Ryzen 7 7445HS (16 GB RAM / 512 GB SSD / Windows 11 Home / 4 GB Graphics / NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050).
  • PlayStation: SONY PlayStation 5 Console (Slim) CFI-2008A01X/CFI-2116A01Y (1 TB Disk Edition).
  • Tablet: Apple iPad A16 11th Gen (11-inch) Wi-Fi Tablet, 128 GB. (Stylus/Pencil is not included unless explicitly bundled by the manufacturer).

4. Product Availability & Substitutions

  • While Yellow Tree Academy aims to provide the selected hardware on Day 1 of the batch, delivery is subject to local stock and supplier availability.
  • Special Provision regarding PlayStation 5: In the event that the specified PlayStation 5 model is completely unavailable or out of stock in the market, the student cannot claim cash compensation. The student must select one of the alternative hardware options (the ASUS TUF Laptop or the Apple iPad) provided above.

5. Warranty, Liability & Tech Support

  • Direct Invoicing: The GST invoice/bill for the selected hardware will be generated directly in the name of the enrolled student.
  • Warranty Claims: From the moment the hardware is handed over, the student assumes full ownership. All warranty claims, hardware defects, replacements, or servicing must be handled directly by the student with the respective manufacturer’s authorized service centers (ASUS, Sony, or Apple).
  • No IT Liability: Yellow Tree Academy assumes no responsibility or liability for accidental damage, theft, software corruption, or hardware failure of the device. The Academy will not act as a technical support liaison for the personal hardware.

Yellow Tree Academy reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at its sole discretion prior to enrollment confirmation if unforeseen circumstances arise.
