By enrolling in the 12-Month Game Art and Development Mastercourse and opting for the "One-Shot" Payment Guaranteed Reward Offer, the student/guardian agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility & Payment Requirements

  • This promotional offer is strictly limited to a total of 15 seats on a first-come, first-served basis for the batch commencing in August 2026.
  • To qualify for the free Steam Gift Card reward, the total course fee must be paid in a single, upfront "One-Shot" transaction prior to the offer expiry (August 2026) or before the 15 seats are filled, whichever comes first.
  • This offer is expressly invalid for students opting for EMI, partial payments, or installment-based fee structures.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

All fees paid under this "One-Shot" promotional offer are strictly 100% NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Once the fee is paid and the Steam Gift Card is issued, no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances, including but not limited to course discontinuation, change of mind, personal emergencies, or inability to complete the 12-month program.
  • The student retains ownership of the Steam Gift Card if they drop out.

3. Reward Details

Yellow Tree Academy guarantees the provision of the following digital reward for eligible students making a One-Shot full payment:

  • Steam Gift Card: Three (3) Steam Wallet Gift Cards, each valued at ₹6,400 (Total value: ₹19,200).

4. Reward Delivery

  • Yellow Tree Academy will deliver the digital Steam Gift Card codes to the student securely on the first day (Orientation Day) of the August 2026 batch.
  • The gift cards are provided as digital redemption codes and have no physical counterpart.

5. Terms of Use & Liability

  • Digital Goods: Steam Gift Cards are digital products. Once the codes are handed over to the student, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Redemption: Students are responsible for redeeming the codes on their personal Steam accounts. Yellow Tree Academy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired codes once delivered.
  • Platform Terms: Use of the Steam Gift Card is subject to Valve Corporation's official Steam Subscriber Agreement and Wallet terms.

Yellow Tree Academy reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at its sole discretion prior to enrollment confirmation if unforeseen circumstances arise.
